The welfare of our animals is our top priority, which is why we are proud to have been Bioland-certified for over 15 years.
Our young cattle are 12-18 months old.
Not only can you taste the difference in our quality meat, but you can see it in the way we treat our cattle. We are proud to raise our animals free-range on the meadow and mountain pasture; in the winter they enjoy our stable’s large run. Visit us at Zösenberg and see for yourself.
