The chalet-style penthouse offers 165 m2 of space for 6 – 12 people. The apartment is located on the first and second floor of Untermairhof and the 4 bedrooms are furnished in Swiss stone pine. The Penthouse Pine has a fully equipped kitchen, Salotto with dining table for 12 people, two balconies and a traditional-style living room with farmhouse fireplace. The private terrace, fenced in with hedges, offers the opportunity to dine outside. A highlight of the flat are the large panoramic windows with unique mountain views.

Price information

The prices are per apartment and night for six people.
A surcharge of € 25.00 to € 35.00 per night will be charged for each additional person.
We charge € 10.00 per day for dogs.
The local tax for people aged 14 and over is not included.
The local tax is € 2,40 per person per day (from 14 years).
The apartment can be booked for less than 6 people, however the minimum price will be calculated for 6 people.

Booking information

Cancellation conditions
Generally, the following applies for our guests: Please inform us in good time if something should come up, so that we can continue to rent out the apartment!
If no travel cancellation insurance has been taken out, the booked arrangement will be charged as follows:
Up to 14 days before departure 0%, from 14 days before arrival as well as no-show, late arrival and early departure 100%.

Check-in: from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. (we kindly ask you to let us know if your arriving time will be after 6.00 p.m.)
Check-out: until 10 a.m.
