All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen with filter-coffeemaker, italian mokka, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, dish towels, a 48-inch flat-screen TV, 1–3 bedrooms with linens, a balcony or terrace, and a bathroom with towels and toilet paper.

Are there apartments with a balcony or terrace?
Yes, all apartments have two balconies or a terrace with a view of the surrounding mountain landscape.

Do the Untermairhof Apartments offer baby equipment?
Yes, upon request, we provide a crib with bedding and a high chair or child seat free of charge.

Are bed linens and towels included?
Yes, bed linens and towels are, of course, provided for your stay.

What animals are there at the Untermairhof, and can visitors enter the barn?
The Untermairhof is home to cows, calves, ducks, donkeys, and cats. The barn is always open and accessible.

Can you buy local, homemade products at the Untermairhof?
Yes, you can purchase certified organic beef, homemade honey, jams, schnapps, and mountain hay pillows.

What does the Untermairhof offer for children and teenagers?
The Untermairhof has 3 playrooms for children and teenagers; toys, a slide, table tennis, darts, and a foosball table in the youth room, as well as a billiards room, are all available free of charge.

Are there common rooms at the Untermairhof?
Yes, the Untermairhof has a large living room and a common room with a library.

Is there a garden at the Untermairhof?
Yes, a large 2,500 m² garden with a lawn for sunbathing and seating for outdoor dining is available to you.

Can you barbecue at the Untermairhof in the summer?
Yes, there are 2 barbecues in the garden; wood and barbecue bags are provided free of charge.

Are pets allowed in the Untermairhof apartments?
Yes, pets are allowed at the Untermairhof Apartments upon request, so your four-legged friend can enjoy the vacation in the Ahrntal Valley too. Pets are not allowed in the 175-square-meter penthouse.

Is there a laundry room for guests?
Yes, the guest laundry room is equipped with two washing machines, detergent, iron, and an ironing board, all available free of charge.

Does the apartment building have a ski room?
Yes, a large ski room with a ski boot dryer and ski storage is available to our guests.

Do the Untermairhof Apartments offer a secure storage room for bicycles?
Yes, a large lockable storage room with a charging station for your bicycles and other equipment is available free of charge.

Can I charge an electric car at the Untermairhof Apartments?
Yes, an electric charging station is available in the parking lot (for a fee).
