The prices are per apartment and night for two people.
A surcharge of € 15.00 to € 25.00 per night will be charged for each additional person.
The local tax for people aged 14 and over is not included.
The local tax is € 2.40 per person per day (from 14 years).
In the high season weeks the price is calculated for 4 persons inclusive.
Cancellation conditions
Generally, the following applies for our guests: Please inform us in good time if something should come up, so that we can continue to rent out the apartment!
If no travel cancellation insurance has been taken out, the booked arrangement will be charged as follows:
up to 14 days before departure 0%, from 14 days before arrival as well as no-show, late arrival and early departure 100%.
- Arrival: from 3 pm to 6 pm (we kindly ask you to let us know if your arriving time will be after 6 pm)
Departure: by 10 am - Ski bus stop within 250 m
Bus stop within 350 m - Shops, restaurants, pizzeria, bar, pharmacy, optician, shoe shop all within 350 m

- Our Residence is a non-smoking apartment
- Dogs and cats are allowed only on request
